The Dean Leisure Pant is made from a deadstock yarn-dyed plaid rayon with bamboo fleece waistband. Designed for comfort and maximal style, Dean has a relaxed tapered leg, side pockets, and statement waistband. Offers versatility and looks great with tops tucked in or out. This pant is lightweight giving nice drape and movement.

About Deadstock:
While deadstock materials are not as sustainable as plant formulated fibers, it makes use of the excess materials that are a side effect of the over consumption and production of fast fashion. These materials, new and unused, are commonly discarded into landfills.
Incorporating deadstock keeps these materials from adding to the millions of tons of fabric waste that accumulates annually. Although deadstock is not perfectly sustainable it does offer some sustainable benefits over status quo materials, especially when coupled with a slow fashion style production.
About Bamboo:
Although not all bamboo viscose is cultivated sustainably, our bamboo blend is certified having met rigorous criteria to not contain or release harmful chemicals. This certification also screens for social parameters such as fair compensation and healthy work environment.
This material is biodegrades in approximately 1 year. The bamboo cultivation process is water efficient, does not require pesticides, and carbon neutral.
Additionally is is dyed with eco friendly dyes. They do not produce harmful chemicals, environmental pollution, and are in compliance with environmental regulations. They are also non-carcinogenic and free from having or releasing harmful aromatic amines or acute toxins.
